Waterways are nature’s lifeblood. Rivers and floodplains are among Europe’s most biodiverse natural environments. However, just eight percent of all the rivers and lakes in Germany enjoy an ecological good condition.
In cooperation with the “Bund Naturschutz” the BADEHAUS shows photos taken by the author and artist Antje Bultmann, herself a resident of Waldram. The fascinating pictures of water in her work want to inspire the viewer to look anew at water, to cherish and marvel at this wet element, for without it there would be no life.
The vernisage to the exhibition was on April 7, 2019 attended by the artist herself and accompanied by live music and culinary water treats.
